AI. Put to work.

Someone in your business is doing a 60-minute job that should take 25 minutes.

We find those jobs. We fix them. You get the hours back, and the numbers to prove it.

Glasfit Komani Quoting tool

Before60minAfter25min

To write one quote. Same estimators, same pricing, same day the customer asked.

Glasfit Komani, a glass and aluminium fitment franchise, was quoting by hand. Every quote took about an hour, pricing was out of date, and the estimating side was the bottleneck on every job that came through the door.

We built a quoting tool that fits the way the estimators already work, instead of an off-the-shelf system the business would have to bend itself around. Same inputs, their pricing, one screen, wired into the tools they already had and owned outright rather than rented.

Quotes now go out the same day, on current pricing, in a format the customer can sign. The estimating team spends its time on the jobs worth winning instead of the arithmetic.

Every business leaks hours. The expensive ones are the ones you can't hear.

Some leaks are loud. Everyone in the business complains about them. The silent ones cost more: the error you pay for twice, the follow-up nobody makes, the numbers that live in one person's head. Nothing in the accounts points at them. You just work harder and make less.

  1. 01

    The quotes that take hours

Measuring, pricing, re-typing, formatting. The real numbers live in spreadsheets nobody can find, and nobody's sure which version is current.

  2. 02

Money you've earned but haven't chased

Invoices sent late, follow-ups that never happen, and a bank balance that lies about how you're doing.

  3. 03

The phone that stops the real work

Every call answered is an invoice not sent, an order not placed, a job not booked.

These are the common ones. Most owners can name theirs in seconds. Knowing about it was never the problem. Getting to it is. That's the part we take off your hands.

How we work

Take what you need, in the order that pays.

Four ways to work with us, and they stand on their own. Start with the one that pays for itself and add the rest when it earns its place. No all-or-nothing package, and no 90-page strategy deck.

  1. 01

    Find

A short ROI sprint. We work through how the business actually runs with the people who run it, find where the hours and money go, and hand you a ranked list of savings worth chasing.

    Fixed fee, fixed timeline

  2. 02

    Fix

We fix each leak with whatever it needs. Sometimes that isn't software.

    • A tool you already own
    • An automation
    • A custom build
    • A better process

Built in weeks, not quarters, to work the way your team already works.

Built for your business, and yours to keep

  3. 03

    Maintain

Prices change. People leave. Tools drift. We monitor and maintain everything on a monthly retainer, so the savings survive contact with real life.

The know-how never walks out the door

  4. 04

    Train

Bring the team along. Your people are probably already using AI, quietly and without rules. We run practical sessions on your own jobs: what's worth using, what isn't, where the traps are. By the end, everyone has used it on real work.

    On its own, or alongside

If a spreadsheet fixes it, we won't sell you AI.

Who we are

Founder and Principal Consultant

The part we love most is the hunt for the inefficiency. Give us a spreadsheet and a messy workflow and we're happy.

We've spent two years on AI so you don't have to.

There are more than forty thousand AI tools on the market and no owner has a spare year to work out which handful are worth anything. We've already done that work, testing tools as they launch and shipping working systems for clients, and we've thrown out far more than we've kept.

Twenty years inside businesses before this one: actuarial science, six years in strategy analytics, eleven years co-owning and running Genex Insights through to an exit, then two years as Executive Director of IQbusiness Insights. MBA from Rhodes Business School with distinction, top of her class.

The last two years have been full-time inside applied AI: keeping up with a field that moves weekly, building automated workflows, and shipping systems clients own outright.

We know what a workflow costs in salaries and errors, and why adoption fails when tools are built without understanding the business. So we start with the business.

We're not technical.
Good. Neither are our best clients. If your team can use Excel and WhatsApp, they can use what we build.
We've tried AI tools before. Nothing stuck.
Because tools get bought, not built in. We start with the process, not the product, and we stay on to keep it working.
“What does it cost?”
The call is free. Sprints are fixed-fee, quoted upfront, and sized so the first saving typically pays for the work.

Find out what your hours are worth.

Thirty minutes with us and you'll know where your biggest leak is, what fixing it would save, and whether we're the right people to do it.

30 minutes. No cost, no obligation. You'll leave with at least one saving you can act on, whether you hire us or not.
